It makes sense that they took him in during Christmas. Christmas is a beautiful time because it brings out the best in people. People become more giving, more generous, and they take on more in these months of winter, of love, and of the feeling of togetherness. That kind of community feeling in conjunction with the holidays is nothing to take for granted. I for one love to see the sense of human connection during the holidays. There’s something about lights all around you, snow falling right on your nose, and bundling up in the cold that makes people come together, just like this family came together for Sir George.
