“This is the dream! It’s conflict, and it’s compromise, and it’s very very exciting!” Lionsgate has revealed a brand new 30-second trailer to announce their 10th Anniversary re-release of the musical classic La La Land. So many movies getting a celebratory 10th anniversary re-release this year as 2016 was a major year for exceptional cinema. La La Land was winner of six Oscars that year, although it didn’t take home Best Picture, as that went to Moonlight instead; it picked up Best Director, Best Cinematography, Best Score and more. When Sebastian, a pianist, and Mia, an aspiring actress, both follow their passion and achieve success in their respective fields, they find themselves torn between their love for each other and their careers while living in Los Angeles. The 10th anniversary theatrical celebration invites audiences to experience the film’s unforgettable story, stunning visuals, and iconic score on the big screen in Dolby Vision high dynamic range picture and Dolby Atmos immersive audio for the first time in Dolby Cinema at AMC Theatres beginning in August. With stunning visuals and immersive sound that brings every note, every moment, and every dream back to life. Starring Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, John Legend, and Rosemarie DeWitt. I adore this movie! I’ve seen it so many times! And I’m more than happy to go back again & again. Dream on, Sebastian.
