I had no idea! Jerry West is the iconic player that is now the iconic logo – but also so much more. Through dozens of never-before-told stories shared by friends, family members, teammates & colleagues—including insights from former and current NBA stars Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Shaquille O’Neal, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, and West’s own wife and several children—Jerry West: The Logo paints a complex portrait of a man driven by perfectionism. In capturing what would become West’s final interviews, the doc becomes both eulogy and reckoning—a tender, unflinching examination of what we sacrifice in pursuit of greatness and whether, in the end, it’s worth the cost.
