Tom Morello is raging against a slogan used by the Trump administration that he alleges was once used by the Nazis.
On Instagram, the Rage Against the Machine guitarist shared a photo of U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem standing behind a podium that reads, “One of ours, all of yours.” He wrote, “Today the Trump admin quoted the Nazi mass murder slogan, ‘One of ours, all of yours.’ Coined when an SS officer was killed and the Nazis murdered every male resident of the village in response. If there are any MAGA left after THIS, you have made an irrevocable choice.”

In the same Instagram post, Morello also shared a photo of himself playing a show with the words “Fuck Trump” taped to the back of his guitar, as well as another slide that quoted Ernest Hemingway as saying, “There are many who do not know they are fascists but will find it out when the time comes.”

In a statement to Billboard, the Department of Homeland Security insisted, “Calling everything you dislike ‘Nazi propaganda’ is tiresome. DHS will continue to use all tools to communicate with the American people and keep them informed on our historic effort to Make America Safe Again.”
There are also questions about the origins of “One of ours, all of yours,” with a thread on Reddit disputing claims that the slogan can be attributed to the Nazis.
Noem was standing behind the aforementioned podium while holding a press conference a day after an ICE officer in Minneapolis shot and killed US citizen Renee Nicole Good in her car. Noem and the Trump administration have insisted that the officer was acting in self-defense, while the incident has sparked outrage and anti-ICE protests across the country.
Morello has been an outspoken opponent of ICE, and even released a protest song titled “Pretend You Remember Me” last summer in response to the agency’s raids across America.
Meanwhile, the guitarist is set to tour Latin America in March, and the UK/Europe in June (tickets available here). His only scheduled US gig of 2026 thus far is an appearance at the Welcome to Rockville festival in Daytona Beach, Florida, on May 8th,
