Beautycon is basically the ultimate stress test for a beauty routine. This year, we’re headed to Hotel Per La, the design-forward hotel in Downtown L.A. that will serve as our home base for the weekend. Housed in the historic former Bank of Italy building, the property pairs its grand 1920s architecture with colorful, contemporary interiors—a fitting setting for a weekend centered on beauty and creativity. Between getting ready at the hotel, panels, interviews, photo ops, brand activations, and weaving through the massive space alongside thousands of beauty lovers, there isn’t much time—or mirror space—for constant touch-ups.
