Pumpkin pie is wonderful, but pumpkin season is long and there’s so much more to bake. This is my whole pumpkin lineup, sheet cake, muffins, bars, cookies, scones, even a tiramisu, for everyone who wants pumpkin desserts that go beyond the pie (though the pie’s here too, don’t worry).
At a glance
Cakes and breads
If you’re feeding a crowd, my brown butter pumpkin texas sheet cake is enormous, nutty, and always a hit. For everyday, cozy pumpkin muffins come together fast, and my pumpkin bread stays moist for days (great for gifting or grab-and-go breakfasts).

Pies and bars
For the big moment, classic pumpkin pie with chocolate whip is my not-too-traditional take on the classic. When you want pie flavor without slicing a pie, creamy pumpkin pie bars are the move, easy to make and even easier to serve to a group.

Cookies and scones
On the cookie side, super soft pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are exactly as pillowy as they sound, and my maple pumpkin black and white cookies are a bakery-style treat with a maple glaze. For a cozy fall breakfast, pumpkin pecan scones with brown butter glaze are the ones I make on a slow weekend morning.

Something a little fancy
When you want to impress with almost no effort, pumpkin spice tiramisu is a no-bake showstopper. And if you’re feeling ambitious, pumpkin tarte a la bouillie is a gorgeous Louisiana custard pie that’s a little project but so worth it.

I’ll be adding my new pumpkin cookies and pumpkin cheesecake here soon too, so check back as the season rolls on.
